Beautiful Anse Vata Bay on a cloudy day ! I remember the aquarium , the local 'Burger King' joint and the La Perouse Monument nearby ... Yes the same french explorer who landed in Sydney sometime in 1788 and met Captain Cook. The Sydney suburb La Perouse was obviously named after him. A monument is also built there in his honour ! The Carnival Splendor took us here on 20 May 2023 :)
