Another one of those places that does not need any introduction - I was there and I am more than happy to recreate an imperfect handheld image of a religious, historical icon of archtectural perfection - At that time, I have mix emotions. I was in awe, I am overwhelmed with what I am seeing for the first time. This is the church that Peter built. The number 1 church in all catholic christendom and now I am here standing in the centre of its magnificence and all coming from a non practicing catholic, non devotee, open minded person ... so much for my rambling !
